Provide clear photos or videos of the defect, such as dead pixels or panel bleeding, along with your order number for our technical team to review.

Our specialists will conduct a remote assessment or schedule an on-site inspection to verify the hardware fault and confirm eligibility for a return.
- 4.Collection and Replacement
Once approved, we will arrange a free courier collection of the faulty unit and simultaneously deliver your brand-new replacement item.
